Scope
This policy applies to:
All employees, contractors, and temporary staff.
All suppliers, partners, and third parties working with us.
All business operations, both within the UK and internationally.
Our Commitment
We uphold the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
We will not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced labour, or human trafficking in any form.
We are committed to transparency in our practices and expect the same from our suppliers.
Responsibilities
Senior Management: Ensures compliance with this policy
HR Teams: Monitor recruitment practices to identify risks.
Employees: Expected to raise concerns if they suspect modern slavery or human trafficking.
Risk Assessment and Due Diligence
We aim to:
Assess potential risks in our supply chains and operations.
Conduct due diligence on new suppliers, including ethical sourcing checks.
Require suppliers to confirm compliance with anti-slavery legislation.
Reporting Concerns
Employees can report concerns confidentially through our whistleblowing procedure.
Reports will be investigated promptly and appropriate action taken.
We will protect whistleblowers from retaliation.
Monitoring and Review
This policy will be reviewed annually.
Continuous improvement measures will be implemented to strengthen our approach.
Breach of Policy
Any breach of this policy by employees may result in disciplinary action.
Any breach of this policy by contractors may result in the contract being terminated.
Breaches by suppliers may result in termination of contracts.
